The Fruscione Company, LLC is a third generation, family owned company based in Hamilton Township, New Jersey (Mercer County). Started in 1948 as a floor covering company in Trenton, our business grew in the 1960's to include commercial interiors and expanded into a complete commercial development and property management company in the mid-1970's. We have developed and managed over 1.1 million square feet of Class-A office and medical space with 300,000 square feet in our current portfolio.

Occupied in 2001, this 55,000 square foot office headquarters was designed and built specifically to meet the needs of one of the world’s leading flooring manufacturers, Congoleum Corporation. The Fruscione Company LLC was selected from dozens of firms that were interviewed to develop the project and delivered the building months ahead of its scheduled delivery date. The building is managed by The Fruscione Company LLC.
HAMILTON CLOCKTOWER CORPORATE CENTER
HAMILTON, NJ
Located off Exit 3 or I-195 in Hamilton, NJ, Hamilton Clocktower Corporate Center is a three-building, 170,000 square foot office park that is home to many of the area’s leading companies. The first two buildings, 200 and 300 Clocktower Drive, have been completed. The park’s the third building, 100 Clocktower Drive, is fully approved for construction. The building is developed and managed by The Fruscione Company LLC.

This 10-story, 107,000 SF office building was completed in 1990 and is home to several government offices of the State of New Jersey. The building is managed by The Fruscione Company LLC.
BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB CLINICAL RESEARCH CENTER
HAMILTON, NJ
This 37,500 square foot project was completed in 1998 for Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. Located on the campus of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton, the facility was developed by The Fruscione Company LLC with a combination of office and laboratory functions supporting pharmaceutical trials.
ROBERT WOOD JOHNSON MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING
HAMILTON, NJ
This 20,000 square foot building was completed in 1999 on the campus of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton to accommodate a large demand in medical services for the hospital’s service area. Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton and Fresenius Medical Care are principal tenants. The building was developed and is managed by The Fruscione Company LLC.
QUAKERBRIDGE PLAZA
HAMILTON, NJ
Quakerbridge Plaza, a 14-building, 445,000 square foot office park, was developed, owned and managed by The Fruscione Company LLC from 1980 through 2005. A mix of single-story and mid-rise buildings, the project serves as a major hub for a variety of departments of the State of New Jersey and is also home to various professional organizations.
